El derecho de huelga está restringido de dos formas, primero porque está prohibido su ejercicio en los servicios públicos esenciales que determine el legislador y, obviamente en los señalados como tales por el Constituyente y además porque en los demás casos, su ejercicio debe ceñirse a la reglamentación que de él haga el legislador.
