COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE TELEVISIÓN

Cuando se trata del contrato de concesión de espacios de televisión, el interés general no se identifica con un interés patrimonial de la CNTV, ni esta agencia estatal es la llamada a definirlo. En esta materia, el interés general concuerda con el que tiene cualquier usuario del servicio público en su prestación eficiente, objetivo que la CNTV debe hacer prevalecer sobre los intereses particulares de los concesionarios y, también, sobre cualquier interés atribuible a la Comisión, que se aparte de lo previsto en el ordenamiento.
