ESTABILIDAD LABORAL REFORZADA

Las mujeres embarazadas y servidoras públicas sometidas al régimen de carrera o de libre nombramiento y remoción y cualquiera sea el régimen y la institución a la cual estén vinculadas, para ser desvinculadas, la justa causa debe aparecer claramente expuesta en el acto administrativo a través del cual se ordena la desvinculación. En el caso en el cual la trabajadora sea desvinculada sin el cumplimiento de las formalidades mencionadas, el juez competente deberá ordenar el reintegro laboral así como el pago de los salarios y prestaciones dejados de percibir
