EVALUACIÓN DE DESEMPEÑO

El establecimiento por parte del Procurador de "mecanismos" para realizar evaluaciones periódicas de actualización de conocimientos y desempeño laboral de los empleados de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Procuraduría, "cuando lo considere necesario", con un fin que en sentir de la Corte es plausible: garantizar la eficiencia en la prestación del servicio público de la entidad, no viola la Constitución y, mucho menos, el debido proceso, pues esta labor no significa que en desarrollo de esa tarea se deba abrir un proceso disciplinario destinado a sancionar al empleado desactualizado en sus conocimientos.
