La Corte Constitucional declara INEXEQUIBLES los artículos 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74 y 75, contenidos en el Título VI del Libro Segundo de la Ley 1801 de 2016 “Por la cual se expide el Código Nacional de Policía y Convivencia”, por violación de la reserva de Ley Estatutaria establecida en el literal a) el artículo 152 de la Constitución Política. Los efectos de la anterior declaración de INEXEQUIBILIDAD se difieren en un término no mayor al agotamiento de las siguientes dos legislaturas, es decir, hasta antes del 20 de junio de 2019. También declara INEXEQUIBLE el artículo 162 de la Ley 1801 de 2016.
