La Corte Constitucional Declara EXEQUIBLE, por el cargo analizado, el artículo 130 de la Ley 1955 de 2019. "La contribución por laudos arbitrales establecida por el Congreso de la República corresponde a un ejercicio válido de la potestad tributaria del legislador que tiene una finalidad legítima desde la perspectiva constitucional y no desconoce el derecho de igualdad, puesto que quienes acuden a la justicia arbitral o a la administración de justicia estatal no se encuentran en la misma situación"
